Attorney Bonanno provides a very unique perspective on the equipment leasing industry. Prior to establishing his law
practice, he was employed in the leasing industry for ten years. During that time, he obtained a working knowledge of the
issues that routinely face equipment leasing industry profesionals.
Since establishing his law practice in 1994,
Attorney Bonanno has continued his involvement in the leasing industry from both the business and legal perspective. Since
1998, he has served as legal counsel to the National Association of Equipment Leasing Brokers, which during that time has
grown to become the largest association of leasing professionals in the United States. In that role, Attorney Bonanno has
been asked for legal advice in thousands of situations by association members. He has also reviewed countless lease documents
for different leasing industry partipants, resulting in a complete and thorough knowledge of industry standards in leasing
documents and business practices.
